Sex Therapy services are helpful to anyone that would like to feel better about their sexual self, their sex life and/or their sexual relationship with their partner(s).

 

Sex Education for Adults

Enhance your overall sexual health understanding and learn what is normal and healthy. We will discuss anatomy, masturbation, orgasm, pleasure, fantasy, help you learn your individual sexual repertoire and more.

Desire Discrepancies

Desire discrepancies may occur when one partner is more interested in sexual activity more or less often than the other partner. Desire conflict may also occur when one partner does not want to be sexual at all

Orgasmic Difficulties

Orgasmic difficulties include the inability to achieve an orgasm during self or partnered sexual stimulation. Orgasmic issues can also include inconsistent ability to achieve an orgasm.

Pain or Fear with Intercourse

Pain during intercourse can occur for a number of reasons, but vaginal intercourse should not be painful. Persons who have fear of intercourse can often worry there will be pain which can prevent comfort or enjoyment of penetrative sexual activity.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Persons who have ED may have trouble gaining or maintaining an erection. This may occur with partnered and/or solo sexual activity. Persons may also feel as though the erection is not as firm as it should be or not firm enough for penetrative sex.

Premature Ejaculation (PE)

Persons who have PE may worry that they ejaculate too quickly during penetrative sex or they may ejaculate during sexual play, even though they do not want to or before sexual play begins. PE can also occur during self-pleasure.

LGBTQIA+ and Transgender

Services are LGBTQIA+ and Transgender allied. Intimate Wellness LLC is a safe space for all persons seeking help with listed areas of concerns.

Consensual Out-of-Control Sexual Behaviors

Persons who have OCSB may worry about excessive pornography viewing or excessive masturbation. They may also have worries about having multiple sexual partners, time occupied seeking sexual partners, infidelities to their significant other or the frequent use of sex workers.

Persons with OCSB can also be referred to as having sex addiction, porn addiction, sex addict, etc.

Infidelity

Infidelity is when one partner has an outside sexual or emotional relationship not to their partners knowledge. Persons may have one infidelity or multiple over the years. Partners often seek counseling to navigate through this confusing and hurtful experience.

Non-Monogamous Relationships

Non-monogamous relationships are romantic and/or sexual relationships that consist of more than two people. These are consensual agreements that are open and honest. Some examples include polyamorous relationships of all kinds and partners who “swing”.

Sex Workers

Sex workers are persons working in the adult entertainment industry. Persons may be experiencing burnout, career concerns or just looking to talk in a non-judgmental, confidential and therapeutic setting about their work.

Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

Survivors of CSA are persons who have experienced unwanted sexual touch, coercion or rape as a child or adolescent. Persons may have been abused by a parent, sibling, other family member, friend, neighbor, other person known to them or stranger.

Survivors of Adult Sexual Assault

Survivors of adult sexual assault have experienced forced or unwanted sexual contact. This can happen from a person’s partner, friend, colleague, other persons known to them or a stranger.
