Depression and anxiety can occur for a number of reasons. Sometimes symptoms can be lifelong and other times symptoms are short-term or due to a distressing situation in our lives (such as grief, trauma or relationship issues). Our work together will include processing life events and working on skills to improve the troubling symptoms. There is a lot of power in talking it through and getting our negative thoughts out of our head. You will be given a safe space to be heard and understood.
